The Website https://multipackaging.com.mt is a site operated by Multi Packaging Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our” or “Us”), a limited liability company registered under the laws of Malta with company number C158, with Our registered office Demajo House, 103, Archbishop Street, Valletta VLT1136 with operational plant located at BLB036 Bulebel Industrial Estate Zejtun ZTN3000 (Malta) and which forms part of the M. Demajo Group. Over a span of 20 years, Multi Packaging Ltd has been Malta’s sole manufacturing plant for corrugated carton products, which mainly include corrugated reels, carton boards and carton boxes.

Please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (including any non-contractual disputes and claims) are governed by Maltese law. Both you and Us agree that the Courts of Malta will have exclusive jurisdiction on any such matters.

Delivery and Refund

  • Unless otherwise stated any prices quoted for products and services do not include delivery charges.
  • Any delivery charges shall be specified when orders are requested or confirmed, and may vary according to orders.
  • Should clients find products to be damaged upon delivery this must be noted on courier document, (whether MPL delivery service or any third-party courier firm) and therefore it is the customer’s lawful right and responsibility to check goods when delivered and before signing them off.
  • Should the Company not be in a position to replace the items within 2 working days from notification then the Company will refund the value of the damaged products, but will not refund the delivery charge.
  • Should a Customer wish to cancel an order, this request must be done within 24 hours from confirming the respective order on onlinesales@multipackaging.com.mt and the Company may reserve the right not to accept should this cancellation be received after the 24 hours period.
